I believe they have deleted their profiles (my brother did so 2 years ago, yet his profile showed up as a match on my site.) It should not count as sending me matches if those people aren't even available.
I also indicate that Christianity is very important to me, but many of those i'm matched with do not share this. I have tried to do so again, but now the feedback button doesn't work on any of my devices.
There is no other way to contact them by phone or online.
If I was an idiot and/or desperate, I might've fallen for it. If you are just ONE day past your 3-day trial they will decline your request to cancel and charge you the remaining instalments for the year - they refuse to make any adjustments.
I'm sure this site has proven to be fantastic for thieves & douchebags to bilk the unsuspecting lonely people. of it is, they're still gonna bill me another $150 for the use of their site (which I'll never use again) where fake posers were trying to basically rob me. Customer service is rude, and if you try to appeal and receive a refund, you don't even get to talk to someone over the phone, instead you send an e-mail and await a response (which will be automated and a decline).
I've been trying to find love on e Harmony for what seems like forever.
It's a great site but im not sure it can still be seen as the only one youll ever need.
Feeling good about e Harmony, been using the site for around a month and have a date set up with a really nice girl.
A bit nervous to be honest as last date I had was through a few weeks after I split with my ex girlfriend in March. Matches are so far off the mark it's ridiculous!
Since I started using online dating ive tried We Just Fit.com, e Harmony and Tinder. I had ok communication and at one point actually had a fairly serious relationship come from the site that only ended due to me moving away and her not wanting a long distance relationship.
The thing that I loved about e Harmony over all the other sites was the guided communication.
The problem is that a lot of members don't have enough on their profiles for you to figure out a good way to start communication. Essentially, the site has gone from a very effective system at ice breaking to a system that removed nearly all of its uniqueness to allow people to send the equivalent of a follow up text.
